If you are unable to come during the times above, please do not bid.
There will be zero refunds for items not picked up during the designated time.
Shipping is available for select small items. Make sure to get a quote and arrange shipping with the auction manager BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS. Otherwise, you will need to pickup your item at the designated time above.
A removal feel of $75 will be automatically be charged to the buyer for any furniture that is not picked up during the designated time.
It is highly recommended to use an insured moving service for any large items as the buyer will be held responsible for any damages. We do NOT provide moving assistance.
Payments will be processed UPON AUCTION CLOSING. There is a 3% credit card processing fee. If you would like to bring cash for your items please contact the auction manager BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS. All payments must be made BEFORE the pickup begins. If payment or cash arrangements have not been made, your item will be re-sold as to NOT inconvenience the client or other bidders.
