Accounts that are found to be associated with prior delinquent accounts and/or previous payment disputes are subject to suspension or closure.

Your account may be temporarily blocked during the verification process. auctions.certifiedestatesales.com may suspend or terminate your account and any or all of your bids if you are found by conviction, settlement, insurance investigation, or otherwise, to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our Website. auctions.certifiedestatesales.com may also report fraudulent activity to the seller and/or law enforcement authorities.
